As we get closer to your spot on the waitlist, we'll schedule you a clinic tour

Benefits Check
Once you've come in for a clinic tour and are ready to move forward with services, we'll check your insurance benefits to help you know what to expect

Intake Paperwork
After you are comfortable with your insurance benefits, we'll have you fill out intake paperwork

Intake with BCBA
Once your intake paperwork is finished, your insurance is set up and we have your child's diagnostic report and ABA referral, we'll schedule your intake for your child's individual treatment plan

Wait for insurance authorization
Most insurances need an prior authorization, we will turn in your child's individual treatment plan and diagnostic report to insurance before starting services

Start date!
Once we have a prior authorization from insurance, we will schedule your child's start date for a mutually agreed on first day!
