Services Provided
Clinic-Based ABA

Bright Steps Northwest provides compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and related developmental needs. Our clinic offers a structured, engaging environment where children build meaningful skills through play, positive relationships, and evidence-based teaching.
Our team focuses on helping each child develop communication, social, daily living, play, emotional regulation, and independence skills while partnering closely with families to support progress beyond the clinic. Every treatment plan is tailored to the unique strengths, needs, and goals of each child.
Hybrid Clinic & Home ABA Therapy

For some children, a combination of clinic- and home-based ABA therapy provides the best opportunity for meaningful progress. When clinically appropriate, our hybrid model allows children to build new skills in our structured clinic environment while practicing and generalizing those skills in their home and community.
Hybrid services are recommended by your Clinical Supervisor based on your child's individual needs, treatment goals, and medical necessity. Our primary model of care is clinic-based therapy, and home services are incorporated when they are expected to enhance treatment outcomes.
Our team partners closely with families to provide individualized, evidence-based care that supports communication, social skills, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and independence across the environments that matter most.
School-Based ABA Therapy

When clinically appropriate, Bright Steps Northwest may provide ABA services in educational settings to help children succeed in the classroom and participate more fully in their school environment. School-based services are designed to support meaningful goals such as communication, social skills, classroom routines, behavior, independence, and successful participation in learning.
Our team works collaboratively with families, teachers, and school staff to develop consistent strategies that promote success across settings and support each child's educational experience.
Organizational Behavior Management Support

Behavior analysis isn't just for children; it can also help organizations improve performance, strengthen workplace culture, and support employee success. Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) applies the science of behavior to the workplace, using data-driven strategies to improve systems, performance, and organizational outcomes.
Bright Steps Northwest offers consultation to help organizations identify opportunities for growth, develop practical solutions, and create sustainable systems that support both employees and the people they serve. Whether improving training, increasing staff engagement, refining performance management, or strengthening organizational processes, our goal is to help teams work more effectively and efficiently.
